高速公路管理设施节能减排效果评价研究

The Research on the Effect Evaluation of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction for the Expressway Management Facilities

基于高速公路管理设施能源消耗和污染物排放特点,对高速公路管理设施节能减排效果进行定性评价,提出了节能减排效果评价指标,并按照各评价指标对管理设施节能减排影响程度,采用突变级数法对指标进行了定量分析,并形成了各评价指标的等级划分标准,为高速公路管理设施节能减排效果评价提供理论基础。

Based on the features of energy consumption and pollutant emission for the expressway management facilities, this paper conducted qualitative evaluation on the effect of energy saving and emission reduction for the expressway management facilities and put forward the evaluation index for the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. Quantitative analysis was done on the index by catastrophe progression method in accordance with influence degree of each evaluation index on energy saving and emission reduction of management facilities with formation of rating standards for each evaluation index, which provided theoretical basis for the effect evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction for the expressway management facilities.
