中西医结合康复治疗对脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力的影响

The effect of the combination of Chinese and Western rehabilitation therapy on the activity of daily living in papatients with cerebral infarction

目的:观察中西医结合康复治疗对脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:选取2015年度本院收治的245例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,患者均给予电针、穴位注射、运动疗法、神经肌肉电刺激等中西医结合康复治疗方法治疗,并采用Barthel指数作为评判标准进行统计学处理。结果:治疗后Barthel指数评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合康复治疗对脑梗死患者日常生活能力的改善具有一定的疗效。

Objective：Objective：To observe the effect of the combination of Chinese and Western rehabilitation therapy on the activity of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 245 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected in our hospital from the year 2015 as the research object,combined with the rehabilitation treatment regimen in the treatment of patients were treated with acupuncture,acupoint injection,exercise therapy,neuromuscular electrical stimulation and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the Barthel index as the evaluation criteria for statistical treatment. Results：Results：After treatment,the Barthel index score of the patients was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a certain effect on the improvement of the daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction.
