强化母乳喂养对早产极低出生体重儿预后的影响

Influence of Enhancing Breastfeeding on Prognosis of Extremely Low-Birth-Weight Infants

目的:分析强化母乳喂养对早产极低出生体重儿预后的影响。方法:将101例早产极低出生体重儿随机分为试验组(51例)和对照组(50例),试验组给予强化母乳喂养,对照组则采取早产配方奶喂养,比较两组患儿的预后情况。结果:出院时,试验组血磷水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组血钙、BUN、ALP、ALB水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组喂养不耐受发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化母乳喂养可减少喂养不耐受发生率,同时不增加低血糖、高血糖、NEC及院感的风险。

Objective： To analyze the influence of enhancing breastfeeding on the prognosis of extremely low-birth-weight infants. Methods： 101 cases of extremely low-birth-weight infants were randomly divided into experimental group（51 cases） and control group（50 cases）, the experimental group recevied enhanced breastfeeding while control group fed with preterm formula milk, compared the prognosis of the two groups. Results： When the infants discharged, the serum phosphorus level of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05） while there was no statistical difference in levels of serum calcium, BUN, ALP and ALB（P〉0.05）; the incidence of feeding intolerance of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Enhancing breastfeeding can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance without increasing the risks of hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, NEC and nosocomial infection.
