腹腔镜下全子宫切除+阴道残端骶前固定手术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus vaginal stump sacral anterior sacral fixation

目的:总结腹腔镜下全子宫切除+阴道残端骶前固定手术的配合护理要点,为临床提供借鉴。方法:对2017年7月~2017年12月,我院治疗的38例腹腔镜下全子宫切除+阴道残端骶前固定手术的患者进行术前访视、术中充分的物品准备、密切观察患者生命体征、协助麻醉医生和手术医生以及术后护理,保证手术顺利进行。结果:通过术前、术中、术后的护理及配合操作,38例手术顺利均完成,无中转开腹、无并发症及医疗差错发生。结论:给予腹腔镜下全子宫切除+阴道残端骶前固定手术配合护理,临床效果满意。

Objective ：To summarize the nursing points of laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus vaginal sacral sacral fixation, and to provide reference forclinical practice. Methods： From July 2017 to December 2017, 38 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy with vaginal stump sacral fixationwere interviewed before operation. The patientsundefined vital signs were observed closely and fully prepared during the operation. Assist anesthesiolo-gist and surgeon as well as postoperative care to ensure smooth operation. Results： Through the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing co-ordination, 38 cases were successfully completed, no transfer to open, no complications and medical errors. Conclusion： Laparoscopic total hysterectomyplus vaginal sacral sacral sacral fixation combined with nursing, the clinical effect is satisfactory.
