摘要
对7种不同的倾斜角(0°、15°、30°、45°、60°、75°和90°)矩形腔体内相变材料的接触熔化过程进行研究,运用图像技术记录熔化过程并采用图像数字化处理的方法得到熔化的固液界面线,以及液相分数随时间的变化规律。实验数据和理论结果对比,吻合程度良好。结果表明倾斜角为60°时完全熔化时间最短。
Heat transfer of contacting melting of phase change materials(PCMs)in rectangle cavity which is with sevendeclining angles,0°,15°,30°,45°,60°,75° and 90°. The melting process is recorded by digital camera,and the imageis processed by digital processing technology to obtain the developing of the interface of solid-liquid PCM. Then thechanging of liquidius fraction with time is achieved. The image processing results are compared with theoretical results.They are agreed with. And it is concluded that the melting time is the shortest when the declining angle is 60°.
