胃肠肿瘤术后患者社会支持与自我管理效能感的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of social support and self-efficacy management of postoperative patients withgastrointestinal tumor

目的调查胃肠肿瘤术后患者社会支持与自我管理效能感的现状，探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法，选取2016年3月-2017年2月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院行手术治疗的胃肠肿瘤患者114例为研究对象。采用癌症自我管理效能感量表和社会支持量表进行调查。结果患者自我管理效能感总分为（91．73±28．48）分，社会支持总分为（41．73±7．79）分；社会支持总分与自我管理效能感总分呈正相关（r=0．418，P〈0．01）。结论胃肠肿瘤患者术后社会支持与自我管理效能感密切相关，医护人员应积极帮助胃肠肿瘤手术后患者建立完善的社会支持系统，从而提高患者自我管理疾病信心和能力。

Objective To investigate the status of social support and self-efficacy management of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor and explore the correlation between them. Methods From March 2016 to February 2017, 114 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical Universitywith gastrointestinal tumor who underwent surgery were selected as the research object by convenient sampling method. They were investigated by the Strategies Used by People to Promote Health and Social Support Revalued Scale. Results The total score of self-management efficacy of patients was （91.73 ± 28.48）, the total score of social support was （41.73 ± 7.79）; the total score of social support was positively correlated with the total score of self-management efficacy （r=0.418, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Social support and self-management efficacy are closely related among postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Medical stuff should help postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor to build perfect social support system, so as to improve their self confidence and ability to manage disease.
