消化性溃疡患者自我护理能力及其影响因素分析

Self-care ability and its influencing factors in patients with peptic ulcer

目的探讨消化性溃疡（PC）患者自我护理能力现状及其影响因素，为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法，选择2016年6月-2017年5月在宁波李惠利东部医院消化内科住院的消化性溃疡患者200例，采用一般情况问卷和自我护理能力量表评价Pu患者的自我护理能力及其影响因素。结果本研究共回收有效问卷195份。PU患者的自我护理能力量表总分为（107．45±18．43）分。不同居住情况、学历、经济收入、对PU了解情况、费用支付方式的患者，自我护理能力得分差异均有统计学意义“值分别为-3．78、11．48、13．35、27．32、7．02；P〈0．05）。多元线性回归分析显示，学历、经济收入、对PU了解情况、费用支付方式是消化性溃疡患者自我护理能力的影响因素。结论消化性溃疡患者整体自我护理能力处于较高水平，并且受多种因素的影响。护理人员应采取更加有针对性的干预措施，进一步来提高患者自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of self-care ability in patients with peptic ulcer （PU）, and provide evidences for the establishment of targeted interventions. Methods A total of 200 patients with peptic ulcer hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of Ningbo Lihuili Eastern Hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study using objective sampling method. The general situation questionnaire and the Exercise of Self-Care Agency （ESCA） were used to assess the self-care ability and its influencing factors of PU patients. Results A total of 195 questionnaires were retrieved. The total ESCA score of PU patients was （107.45 ± 18.43）. Patients with different inhabiting conditions, educational backgrounds, economic incomes, understanding of PU and cost payment method had significantly differences in the ESCA scores （t=-3.78, 11.48, 13.35, 27.32, 7.02; P 〈 0.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background, economic income, understanding of PU and cost payment method were influencing factors of self-care ability of PU patients. Conclusions The overall self-care ability of patients with peptic ulcer is at a high level and affected by multiple factors. Nurses should take more targeted interventions to improve the self-care ability of patients.
