摘要
目的研究分析无创正压通气联合硝普钠在急性左心功能衰竭治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2014年9月~2016年3月期间我院收治的80例急性左心功能衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各40例。对照组采用硝普钠治疗,研究组采用无创正压通气联合硝普钠治疗。观察并对比治疗前后两组患者血小板集聚及疗效情况。结果两组治疗前血小板集聚率差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后,两组血小板集聚率均显著降低,且观察组略低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率92.5%(37/40)高于对照组72.5%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论无创正压通气联合硝普钠可提高患者心排量,改善临床症状。
Objective To study the value of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with sodium nitroprusside in the emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 80 case of patients with acute left ventricular failure treated in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sodium nitroprusside, and the patients in the study group were treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with sodium nitmprusside. Before and after treatment, platelet aggregation and efficacy in both groups were observed and compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in platelet aggregation rate between the two groups (p 〉0.05). After treatment, the platelet aggregation rate of both groups was significantly decreased, and the observation group was slightly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p〈0.05); The total effective rate of the study group was 92.5% (37/40), which was higher than that of the control group (72.5%,29/40). The difference was statistically significant (p 〈0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with sodium nitroprusside can improve cardiac output and improve clinical symptoms.
