摘要
为进一步提高CDJF201系列发电机的可靠性,对其励磁机电枢三相引出线结构进行了优化设计,采用Ansys软件对改进后的接线端子进行有限元分析计算,并通过实际运行验证了该结构的可靠性。
In order to increase the reliability of the Series CDJF 201 generator, the optimized design of the con- structional design of the 3-phase armature lead-out of its exciter was performed. The FEM analysis and calculation on the improved lead-out terminals were done by means of Ansys software while the reliability of the construction was verified through the practical operation.
