摘要
对电机端盖轴承室加工工艺进行改进,设计制作了相应的刀具装置。精车后留适当余量再采用浮动镗刀对端盖轴承室进行精镗,提高了端盖轴承室光洁度、尺寸精度、形状精度和表面硬度,并提高了工作效率,保证了电机的性能要求。
Process technology onto the bearing house of the motor end plate was improved, the corresponding cut- ter was designed and manufactured and the bearing house of the end plate was processed by means of the floating cutter in the case that proper allowance was left after finish machining, increasing the fineness of the bearing house, precision of the dimension, hardness of the surface and work efficiency as well to guarantee the characteristic of the motor.
