摘要
介绍了一种发电机转子鸠尾固定结构槽壁缺陷的处理方法,并通过有限元强度计算和高周疲劳强度分析证明了采用此方法处理后的各部件应力和疲劳强度均能满足设计要求。
A processing method of dove-tailed slot wall defect of generator rotor is introduced, and a finite element analysis was used to calculate the stress, a high-cycle fa- tigue test on the structure was carried out. The calculation results show that after the treatment of generator, the stress and the fatigue strength of the components meet the design requirements.
