供给侧改革视角下我国高校体育教育本科专业教育发展思路

Study on the Development Ideas of Chinese Undergraduate Physical Education Under the Reform of the Supply Side

推进供给侧改革,是我国政府对经济新常态的深刻认识,将为我国的各行各业指明发展方向。经济领域供给侧改革中的产品供求与高等教育领域中的劳动力市场供求极为相似。采用文献资料、专家调查和逻辑分析等研究方法,从经济层面供给侧改革视角出发重新认识专业发展现状,发现体育教育本科专业教育劳动力市场整体供给过剩与有效供给不足矛盾并存。在此基础上提出满足需求的发展思路:一是加强制度供给控制与消解规模;二是健全毕业生就业服务体系促进就业创业;三是调整专业结构设置破解供需失衡;四是完善课程设置提高人才培养质量。

Our government promotes the supply side reform is a profound understanding of the new normal of our economy. It will guide our country＇s various industries. In terms of labor supply and demand,there are many similarities between the supply side of the economy and the higher education. The article employed the methods of literature,expert surveys,logical analysis and so on. From the supply side reform perspective,it is found that the oversupply and insufficient supply. On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the development ideas to satisfy the demand： Firstly,it is of a need to strengthen the system supply to control and cut overcapacity; Secondly,it is necessary to solidify the employment service system to promote destocking; Thirdly,it is important to adjust the major structure to solve the identifying; Finally,it is a must to perfect the curriculum to improve quality of personnel training.
