摘要
互联网背景下公共图书馆知识服务的转变趋势包括:基于问题情境的用户需求挖掘、基于公众参与的协同创新、基于大数据的知识及信息可视化、基于移动技术的多场景体验链4个方面。从设计思维视角出发,对知识服务的创新设计可以从3方面进行:开展以知识服务意义构建为导向的用户研究,塑造全流程、多层次的互动体验链,构建协作式关系以激发社群活力。
In the context of Intemet, the transforming trend of public library knowledge service includes: user equirements mining based on problem situations, collaborative innovation based on public participation, knowledge and information visualization based on big data, and multi-scenario experience chain based on mobile technology. In the perspective of design thinking, innovative design of knowledge service could be started in: developing user-oriented research directed by knowledge service significance establishment, shaping the whole process and multi-level interactive experience chain, and building collaborative relationships to stimulate community vitality.
