互联网背景下公共图书馆知识服务的转变趋势包括:基于问题情境的用户需求挖掘、基于公众参与的协同创新、基于大数据的知识及信息可视化、基于移动技术的多场景体验链4个方面。从设计思维视角出发,对知识服务的创新设计可以从3方面进行:开展以知识服务意义构建为导向的用户研究,塑造全流程、多层次的互动体验链,构建协作式关系以激发社群活力。

In the context of Intemet, the transforming trend of public library knowledge service includes： user equirements mining based on problem situations, collaborative innovation based on public participation, knowledge and information visualization based on big data, and multi-scenario experience chain based on mobile technology. In the perspective of design thinking, innovative design of knowledge service could be started in： developing user-oriented research directed by knowledge service significance establishment, shaping the whole process and multi-level interactive experience chain, and building collaborative relationships to stimulate community vitality.
