以构筑和平为中心:文在寅政府的对朝政策

Focusing on Peace-building: Moon Jae-in Administration’s DPRK Policy

基于所秉持的进步政治理念,基于对南北关系现状以及朝鲜半岛地区安全态势的发展等问题的战略思考,文在寅政府制定并积极推进了以构筑和平为中心的对朝政策。朝韩首脑会晤以及《板门店宣言》的签署标志着文在寅政府的对朝政策取得了重大的阶段性成果。但朝鲜半岛地区局势是否能够整体转圜,朝鲜半岛问题解决进程是否能够持续推进,仍然需要朝韩中美等相关国家之间国际共识的形成,仍然需要在半岛无核化与半岛和平机制构建等问题上形成合理、稳健且具操作性的解决与构建方案。

Due to the progressive political philosophy it has been upholding,its strategic consideration about the DPRK-South Korea relations and the security situation on the Korean peninsula,Moon Jae-in administration has formulated and promoted its DPRK policy which focuses on building peace on the Korean peninsula.The summit between DPRK and ROK’s leaders and the signing of the Panmunjom Declaration mark that Moon Jae-in administration’s policy towards DPRK has achieved a significant staged consequence.However,whether the situations on the Korean peninsula can be improved as a whole and whether the process of resolving the Korean peninsula issues could continue to advance remain to be seen.International consensus among the related parties including China,US,ROK and DPRK should be reached and they should figure out a rational,stable and practical solution and plan on the denuclearization and the construction of peace on the Korean peninsula.
