在提出技术市场无形资产评估动力机制的构建原则的基础上建立了我国技术市场无形资产评估的动力机制模型 ,及对其构成进行分析 ;并对该动力机制运行中竞争市场的培育与规范化问题、信息流通与控制问题进行探讨。
It puts out the provides principles for constructing the motivating system of intangible asset appraisal in the Technology Market of China. Based on the principles,it has established the model of the motivating system,analyzed the components of its structure and discussed the cultivation and standardization of competitive market and the inflow and control of information in the operation of the motivating system.
