毫火针联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对患者血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

Curative Effect of Milli-Fire Needle Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Treatment of LDH and its Influence on Serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α Level

目的观察毫火针联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的126例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各63例。对照组行常规康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合毫火针治疗。于治疗前及治疗4周后检测患者血清炎症细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α)水平,评估患者腰椎功能和疼痛情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组SF-MPQ-2评分和血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,JOA评分则较治疗前升高,且研究组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论毫火针联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,且对改善患者炎症反应和腰椎功能、减轻患者疼痛有一定帮助。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Milli-fire needle combined with rehabilitation training on treatment of LDH and its influence on serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α level.Methods 126 cases with LDH in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.Control group was given regular rehabilitation training,observation group was given Milli-fire needle based on control group.Curative effect was observed,serum inflammation cytokine（IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α）,lumbar function（JOA score）and pain（SF-MPQ-2）condition of patients before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.Results Total efficiency of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0. 05）;after 4 weeks,SF-MPQ-2 score and IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α level of the two groups were all declined,JOA was increased compared with before treatment,and changing amplitude of observation group was larger than control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Milli-fire needle combined with rehabilitation training has significant effect on treatment of LDH,and can help improve inflammatory reaction,lumbar function,relieve pain,and is more favourable for disease recovery.
