摘要
以KR铁水搅拌脱硫装置为研究对象,采用三维建模、CAE数值仿真对该KR搅拌脱硫设备整体结构进行了有约束模态分析,找到了造成升降小车和设备框架剧烈振动的主要原因是搅拌桨的工艺转速使电机转动频率与整体结构固有频率过于接近,导致共振,为问题的解决和进一步的设备优化提供了参考和依据。
Taking KR desulfurization equipment as the research object,this article conducts a constrained model analysis on KR desulfurization stirring equipment structure,by using CAE numerical simulation based on the three-dimensional model. It turns out that the main reason which causes the servere vibration of the lifting trolley and the whole frame is that the rotor frequency under stirring process speed is too close to the natural frequency of the structure. This analysis provides a valuable references for the optimization of the equipment and the solution of the vibration problem.
