摘要
近年来,微生物发酵饲料日益受到重视并快速发展,在发酵过程中添加的微生物种类在一种以上。国家标准中明确了单一微生物的计数方法,但对于混菌发酵的微生物发酵饲料,由于微生物之间的竞争与抑制作用,造成微生物计数偏低甚至不能计出,对工艺情况和产品质量无法进行准确判断。针对这种情况,在平板计数时,添加微生物抑制剂,使本菌能够生长并准确计数。该方法改善了样品预处理方法,操作简便、结果准确。
In recent years, microbial fermentation feed has attracted more and more attention and developed rapidly.The counting method of single microorganism has been defined in the national standard. However, for mixed microbial fermentation feed, because of the competition and inhibition between the microorganisms, the counted amount of microorganism is low, or even the microorganism cannot be counted, which will result in that the process and product quality cannot be accurately judged. In view of this situation, in plate counting, microbial inhibitor should be added to make the bacteria grow fast and to be counted accurately. The method can improve the sample pretreatment effect, and the operation is simple and the results are accurate.
