摘要
就空气离心压缩机RT56-RT35振动故障的原因展开分析,通过对压缩机组振动故障原因的排查处理,结合机组检修记录主要数据,对比设备制造厂的原始安装要求,确定设备振动故障的主要因素,总结出空气离心压缩机运行经验。
The cause of air centrifugal compressor RT56-RT35 vibration failure was analyzed. Through the troubleshooting of vibration failure of the compressor set, combined with the main data of maintenance records of the unit, by comparing the original installation requirements of the equipment manufacturer, the main factors of the vibration fault of the compressor unit were detemined,and the operation experience of air centrifugal compressor was summarized.
