摘要
以PN10.5-DN1160型压力烧结炉中的齿啮式卡箍快开系统为例,以结构应力及结构质量为目标函数,通过改变设计变量的取值,使目标变量取得最优解的过程,以得到各部件中应力分布最合理,整体质量最小的卡箍系统。并验证了整个优化分析的准确性,从而降低了标准化设备的质量,对于成本的节约有着很大的意义。
Taking the tooth-locked quick opening system of PN10.5-DN1160 pressure sintering furnace as an example, taking structure stress and structure quality as objective functions, the values of design variables were changed to obtain the optimal solution for the target variable of process, so the most reasonable stress distribution in each component was obtained as well as the clamping system with the minimum overall quality. At last, the accuracy of the whole optimization analysis was also verified.
