摘要 针对目前现场应用中缺乏一种环保性能优异、抑制性与降滤失性俱佳的水基钻井液用降滤失剂的难题,开发出一种新型改性淀粉降滤失剂FS。该产品为淀粉与自主研发的高性能单体接枝共聚而成,经中试放大后成功在ZJ-117井和XS304-1井进行了现场应用。现场应用结果表明,改性淀粉FS有效控制了井浆的失水,具有良好抑制性,同时改变了井浆的流变性与润滑性,取得了良好的应用效果。但同时也暴露出一些问题,需要进一步完善。 In view of the shortage of filtrate reducer for water-based drilling fluids with excellent environmental, inhibition and filtration loss performance, a new modified starch filtrate reducer FS was developed. This product was prepared from starch and self-developed high-performance monomer by graft copolymerization, and it was successfully applied in Zhongjiang-117 and Xinsha 304-1 wells. The field application results showed that FS filtrate reducer effectively controlled the loss of water in different depths, and changed the rheology and lubricity of the well slurry, and achieved good application results. However, it also exposed some problems and needed to be further improved.
