Medication Consultation on Application of Aspirin in Children with Kawasaki Disease and Literature Review

目的:探讨川崎病(KD)治疗中阿司匹林的合理用法,为提高临床药师用药咨询专业水平提供参考。方法:结合最新临床证据,为KD患儿使用阿司匹林提供相关用药咨询服务,主要包括阿司匹林的使用剂量、疗程、不良反应以及药物的剂型选择。结果:KD治疗方案主要是急性期中高剂量阿司匹林联合静脉注射大剂量丙种球蛋白,之后以小剂量阿司匹林维持,这是目前国内国际推荐的治疗原则,且阿司匹林治疗的总体安全性较好。对于儿童用药,在选择阿司匹林剂型时,采用泡腾片溶解形成液体,比肠溶制剂更适合。结论:专业的用药咨询可使患者、药师、医师三方获益。

Objective： To probe into the application of aspirin in children with Kawasaki disease （KD）, so as to provide reference for improvement of professional level of medication consultation. Methods： Combined with the latest clinical evidence, medication consultation service including the dosage, course, adverse drug reactions and dosage form selection was provided for children with KD. Results： Initial therapy in KD mainly concentrated in high-dose intravenous immune globulin and moderate-dose to high-dose aspirin, and then switched to a low-dose aspirin for maintainance, which was the current domestic and international recommended treatment principle. And the overall safety of aspirin treatment was better for children＇ s medications, the use of effervescent tablets in form liquids was more suitable than enteric preparations when selecting aspirin dosage forms. Conclusion： Professional medication consultation can benefit patients, pharmacists and doctors.
