选择性激光熔化技术及使用的金属材料调研

Selective Laser Melting Technology and Investigation of the Metal Materials

摘要 选择性激光熔化技术(SLM)是3D打印领域应用较为广泛的一项技术,本文主要介绍SLM技术原理及国内外的相关研究进展情况。并着重综述了SLM技术使用的成型材料:铁基合金、镍基合金、钛基合金等的种类,就各种金属材料的粉末特性、成型设备及相应的研究机构进行了汇总。我公司在铁基、镍基和钴基合金丝材生产方面具备优势,可成为3D打印粉末制备用丝材的研发基地。 Selective laser melting technology (SLM) is a widely used technology in 3D printing field. This paper mainly introduces SLM technology principle and related research progress at home and abroad. And emphatically summarized the SLM technique use the molding material: iron base alloy, nickel base alloy, titanium alloy, the kinds of powder characteristics of all kinds of metal materials, molding equipment and the corresponding research institution has carried on the summary. Our company has advantages in the production of iron base, nickel base and cobalt alloy wire, which can be used as the research and development base for 3D printing powder.
