相邻巷道联合支护围岩稳定性研究

摘要 为了提高厚煤层开采巷道支护的安全性,降低巷道围岩应力和变形量,以同煤集团某矿为工程背景,运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件分别对开掘卸压巷、传统放顶煤和错层位联合支护方法展开对比性实验,分析不同方法下巷道的支护情况。结果表明:通过相邻工作面巷道之间形成的"联合锚固区",错层位巷道联合支护可大幅提高巷道围岩稳定性、减少巷道围岩变形量、降低煤柱上方的支承应力。 In order to improve the safety of roadway support during thick coal seam mining and reduce the stress of surrounding rock and deformation of surrounding rock, based on the engineering background of a mine of Datong Coal Mine Group, the FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software is used to compare the methods of excavating pressure relief tunnel, traditional caving mining method and split-level gateroad combined support method. The support conditions of roadway under different methods are analyzed. The result shows that the split-level gateroad combined support method combines anchorage zone formed by the adjacent working face roadway can greatly improve the stability of surrounding rock, reduce the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and support stress above coal pillar.
