摘要
为解决常规宽翼片螺旋钻杆和插接式螺旋钻杆在富含硫铁矿结核的松软突出煤层钻孔施工存在的钻孔深度浅、孔内事故多、煤层钻遇率低、钻进时效慢等问题,通过借鉴上述2种钻杆排粉机理,设计插接密封式钻杆接头,改进螺旋翼片结构,研制出ф95/60.3 mm插接密封式宽翼片螺旋钻杆。简要介绍了插接密封式宽翼片螺旋钻杆设计和关键制造技术。通过现场工业性试验,累计施工8个钻孔,最大成孔深度103.5 m,平均成孔深度近97 m,平均钻进效率为10.4m/h,纯钻进效率约18.3 m/h,表明了该钻杆在同类煤层施工时具有很好的应用效果。
In order to solve the problems of shallow borehole depth, many drilling accidents, low rate of coal seam and low drilling efficiency during drilling in soft and outburst coal seam rich in pyrite nodules by using conventional wide-wing spiral drill pipe and inserted screw drill pipe. By referring to the above two types of drilling rod discharge mechanism, we design inserted sealing type drill rod joint to improve the structure of the screw blade, and develop ф95/60.3 mm inserted sealing type wide blade screw rod, and introduce the its design and the key manufacturing technology. Through industrial tests, 8 holes had been constructed,the maximum depth is 103.5 m, the average is nearly 97 m, the average drilling efficiency is 10.4 m/h, net drilling efficiency is about 18.3 m/h, which shows that the rod has good application value in the similar coal seam.
