摘要
针对空气套管钻进施工工艺,优选套管钻进段最优工艺参数,基于煤粉颗粒运移规律及计算流体动力学,分析了供风参数、钻进速度、钻具转速等钻进工艺参数对空气套管钻进过程中排渣的影响规律。通过数值模拟和云图显示,将钻孔环空截面上煤粉颗粒的最高体积分数和颗粒最小速度作为排渣效果评价标准,对不同的工艺参数下定量描述了煤粉体积分数,得出了钻进过程中工艺参数排渣影响规律。
For air casing drilling construction process, optimizing the optimal process parameters of casing drilling, based on pulverized coal particle migration and computational fluid dynamics, the paper analyzes the influence of air supply parameters,drilling speed, drilling rate, drilling process parameters on slag in the process of drilling of air casing. Through numerical simulation and image display, the drilling ring empty section of pulverized coal particles of the highest volume fraction and particle minimum velocity are used as evaluation standard of slag discharge effect, we quantitatively describe the volume fraction of pulverized coal of different process parameters, and obtain the technological parameters in the process of discharging effect of drilling.
