MCNP与Geant4模拟元素测井PGNAA准确性评价

摘要 针对MCNP5和Geant4两款MC软件在元素测井中的应用,建立造岩元素Al、Ca、Fe、H、O、K、Mg、Na、Si的单元素PGNAA模拟模型,评价了两款软件中子活化模拟准确性,结果表明MCNP5软件模拟结果同IAEA截面库的数据更为接近;通过对比MCNP5和Geant4模拟快中子激发γ能谱的差异,表明了MCNP5与Geant4在造岩元素的快中子激发γ射线模拟研究中,二者存在较大差异,为今后元素测井的研究提供参考依据。 In term of the application of MCNP5 and Geant4 Monte Carlo software in well logging,the accuracy of two software in neutron activation simulation evaluated by respectively establishing the Single element PGNAA simulation model of rock forming elements: Al、Ca、Fe、H、O、K、Mg、Na、Si. The results show that simulation results of MCNP5 is closer to IAEA cross section library data; The comparison of fast excitation gamma energy spectrum between MCNP5 and Geant4 simulation shows that there are large deviation between MCNP5 and Geant4 in fast neutron gamma ray simulation of rock forming elements.The research provided a reference basis for the elements logging of research in the future.
