摘要
目的对金莲花(Trolliuschinensis Bunge)提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法对金莲花进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为2″-O-(2-甲基丁酰基)牡荆苷[2″-O-(2-methylbutyryl)vitexin,1]、6″-O-乙酰基荭草苷(6″-O-acetylorientin,2)、异当药黄素(isoswertisin,3)、牡荆苷(vitexin,4)、2″-O-(2-甲基丁酰基)异当药黄素[2″-O-(2-methylbutyryl)isoswertisin,5]和异当药黄素-2″-O-(6-O-阿魏酰基)-β-L-半乳糖苷[2″-O-(6-O-feruloyl)-β-L-galactopyranosylvitexin,6]。结论化合物6为新的天然产物。
Objective To isolation and identify the chemical constituents from the extract of Trollius chinensis Bunge. Methods The compounds were isolated by various kinds of column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS,and their structures were elucidated by the physicochemical property and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 2″-O-( 2-methylbutyryl) vitexin( 1),6″-O-acetylorientin( 2),isoswertisin( 3),vitexin( 4),2″-O-( 2-methylbutyryl)isoswertisin( 5) and 2″-O-( 6-O-feruloyl)-β-L-galactopyranosylvitexin( 6). Conclusion Compound 6 is a newnatural product.
