摘要
目的研究黑老虎(Kadsura coccinea)扦插生根的最佳条件。方法采用单因素试验设计,以生根率、生根数和平均根长为生根效果考核指标,探讨扦插基质、插穗木质化程度和植物生长调节剂对黑老虎扦插生根的影响。结果 4种基质中,腐殖质土作为扦插基质最优;幼嫩的未木质化插穗生根率、生根数、平均根长最高;植物生长调节剂萘乙酸浓度为100mg·L^(-1)时黑老虎生根率达到75.99±0.30%。结论幼嫩的未木质化黑老虎插穗,经100mg·L^(-1)萘乙酸处理后,扦插于腐殖质土中生根效果最好。
OBJECTIVE The research investigated the best cutting propagation condition of Kadsura coccinea. METHODS The experiment investigated on the effects of different matrix composition,different degree of lignify and different plant hormone on cutting propagation of Kadsura coccinea. RESULTS The best composition of matrix was humus among 4 matrixes. The highest rooting rate,rooting number and average root length from not lignify cuttings. The rooting rate of 100 mg·L^(-1) naphthalene acetic acid was 75. 99 ± 0. 3%. CONCLUSION There was a high reproduction coefficient in cutting of not lignify cuttings of Kadsura coccinea,under 100 mg · L^(-1) naphthalene acetic acid and rooting in humus.
