连翘标准汤剂质量标准研究

Study on Quality of Standard Decoction of Forsythiae Fructus

目的建立连翘标准汤剂的质量标准。方法收集15份不同产地连翘药材制备成标准汤剂计算其出膏率;建立连翘标准汤剂中连翘苷含量测定方法,计算连翘苷从药材到标准汤剂的转移率。结果连翘标准汤剂平均出膏率为20.29±4.50%,连翘苷的平均转移率为64.00±9.72%。结论建立了连翘标准汤剂的含量测定方法,为所有源于连翘水煎液的制剂的质量控制标准提供参考。

OBJECTIVE To establish quality of decoction of single medicinal herb-a case of Forsythiae Fructus. METHODS 15 batches of Standard decoction of Forsythiae Fructus was prepared,establish a quality control method containing the determination,and calculate the parameters such as the rate of the paste and the transfer rate of the index components. RESULTS The rate of the paste of the standard decoction of Forsythiae Fructus was 20. 29 ± 4. 50%,the transfer rate of phillyrin was 64. 00 ± 9. 72%. CONCLUSION Establish a method for evaluating the quality of standard decoction of Forsythiae Fructus,providing reference for the quality control of products which are stemmed from the water extract of Forsythiae Fructus.
