摘要
目的建立紫苏叶药材中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法,比较不同产地紫苏叶中迷迭香酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地紫苏叶药材中迷迭香酸的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20∶80),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为330nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果在选定色谱条件下,迷迭香酸分离度良好,线性范围为0.004576415μg^2.288208μg,r=0.999,平均回收率97.16%,RSD为1.46%,(n=9);不同产地、同产地不同供应商紫苏叶药材中迷迭香酸含量差异均较大。结论该方法测定紫苏叶中迷迭香酸的含量,简单、准确、重现性好,可用于紫苏叶的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining the content of rosmarinic acid in P. frutescens and to compare the content in P. frutescens from different habitats. METHODS HPLC was adopted to determine the content of rosmarinic acid,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid(20∶ 80),the velocity was 1. 0 mL·min^(-1),the UV detection wavelength was 330 nm,the sampling volume was 10 mL,the temperature of column was 30℃. RESULTS Under the selected chromatography condition the rosmarinic acid was observed in a good separation degree,a good linear with range of 0. 004576415μg ~ 2. 288208μg,r = 0. 999,the average recovery was 97. 16%and RSD was 1. 46%(n = 9). The content of rosmarinic acid in P. frutescens is different from different habitates and the habitate of different suppliers. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of rosmarinic acid in P. frutescens.
