瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者心功能、血脂及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Rosuvastatin on Cardiac Function, Blood Lipid Level and Blood Rheology in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者心功能、血脂水平及血液流变学水平的影响价值。方法 :选取和平县人民医院2016年7月至2017年6月冠心病患者60例,并根据患者的治疗方法进行分组,分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。给予对照组常规对症治疗方法,观察组在此基础上结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。结果 :治疗前两组的心功能情况包括左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV),血脂水平包括低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL–C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL–C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及血液流变学水平(包括纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,两组均有改善,而且观察组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :应用常规治疗方法联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果显著,可减轻患者痛苦,提高满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on cardiac function, blood lipid level and blood rheology in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease from July 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group according to their treatment methods. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, and the study group was combined with rosuvastatin on the basis of this treatment. Results the heart function of two groups before treatment （LVEF, LVESV, LVEDV）, blood lipids （LDL-C, HDL-C, TC, TG） and hemorheology level （fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, low shear blood viscosity, high shear blood viscosity） were no difference, with statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）; after the treatment, the two groups were all improved, and the study group improved more significantly, with statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The routine therapy combined with rosuvastatin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, alleviating the pain and improving the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
