DIO系统短种植体在骨量不足后牙区种植修复的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察DIO系统短种植体在骨量不足后牙区种植修复中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年7月至2016年6月在韶关市口腔医院接受DIO短种植体种植修复的后牙区骨量不足患者共37例,56枚植体。Ⅰ期手术全部采用埋入式种植,3~6个月行Ⅱ期手术,2~4周内完成永久固定修复,测量冠–种植体高度比(C/I)。修复完成后每年复查,临床检查种植体松动度,X线片检测种植体边缘骨高度变化。结果:37例患者56枚种植体Ⅱ期手术时55枚获得良好骨结合,1枚植体松动。Ⅱ期修复后,经12~36个月随访观察,X线片检测种植体周骨组织稳定,平均吸收(0.57±0.46)mm,C/I(1.24±0.41)。种植成功率为98.2%。结论:在骨量不足后牙区,通过植入DIO系统短种植体,可以简化手术,降低风险,扩大种植适用范围,并有较高的成功率,有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective Aimed to study clinical observation of DIO short implants placed in posterior region with constrained bone, and evaluate its effects. Methods A total of 56 DIO short implants were placed in 37 patients with constrained bone height in the posterior region. After healing period of 3 to 6 months, second stage surgery was carried out. Two to four weeks later, implants were given integrated abutment crowns The clinical and X-ray examinations were undertaken each year after placement to evaluate Marginal bone loss, the crown-implant ratio(C/I)and implants survival rate. Results The survival rate of implants was 98.2 %, average anatomic C/I was(1.24 ± 0.41), the change of marginal bone was(0.57 ± 0.46). Conclusion DIO short implants can be recommended in posterior region with constrained bone, made implant operation easily, and may have high success rate.
