运用5D NT技术测量11~13^(+6)周胎儿NT值的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨运用5D NT技术测量11~13^(+6)周胎儿颈项透明层(NT)值的可行性。方法:选择2017年1月至2017年5月在龙川县人民医院常规进行NT测量的孕11~13^(+6)周(头臀长为45~84 mm)的100例孕妇作为研究对象,分别用二维超声(2D)、5D NT技术两种方法测量同一胎儿NT值,比较两种方法在NT值测量、测量NT所用时间、首次测量成功率的差异,探讨5D NT技术测量11~13^(+6)周胎儿NT值的可行性。结果:胎儿的NT测值在两种方法之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用5D NT技术测量NT用时较少,5D NT技术测量NT值的首次测量未成功率低于2D测量,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5D NT技术可用于测量胎儿NT值,可以缩短胎儿NT检查的时间。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of using 5D NT technique to measure the NT value of fetuses between 11 and 13^+6 weeks. Methods From January 2017 to May 2017, 100 pregnant women aged 11 to 13+6 weeks (head to hip length 45 to 84 mm) who were routinely measured NT at Longchuan County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects. The NT values of the same fetus were measured using two-dimensional ultrasound (2D) and 5D NT techniques, respectively. The differences in NT value measurement, NT measurement time, and first measurement success rate were compared between the two methods. To explore the feasibility of 5D NT technology to measure the NT value of 11 - 13+6 weeks fetus. Results There was no significant difference in fetal NT measurements between the two methods (P 〉 0.05). The use of 5D NT technique to measure NT was less frequently used. The first measurement of NT value measured by 5D NT technique was lower than the 2D measurement. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions 5D NT technology can be used to meas.ure fetal NT value, which can shorten the time of fetal NT examination and is worth popularizing.
