摘要
文章针对某型柴油机经常发生出油短管磨损掉落故障,从设计、修理和使用3个方面详细、深入分析了故障的原因,从而提出了结构改进方法和修理安装措施,使该型柴油机出油短管磨损掉落问题得到有效解决。
In this paper,the causes of the failure are analyzed in detail from three aspects of design,repair and use,and the structural improvement methods and repair and installation measures are put forward. The problem of abrasion and drop of the short oil pipe of this type diesel engine is solved effectively.
