液货船洗舱机试验平台设计制作

洗舱机是液货船特有的清洁设备,每年有大量的液货船需要进行维修与保养,其中洗舱机维修完成后的试验一直困扰各大船厂,由于其内部构造的特殊性,现有试验方法浪费了大量人力、物力及时间,且效果极差,经常出现验收不合格的情况。文章经过研究与设计,将现有洗舱机试验平台并联公司海水系统并设置专用加压泵,达到洗舱机试验压力及流量且试用于所有洗舱机。试验结果完全合格且试验效果明显易观察,得到船方的一致好评。该试验平台至今已经试验百余台洗舱机,为公司节省了大量人力物力。

Tank washing machine is unique cleaning equipment for tankers. Every year,a large number of tankers need to be repaired and maintained. Experiments after the tanker repair have been haunted by major shipyards. Due to the particularity of its internal structure,the existing experimental methods wasting a lot of manpower,material and time,and the effect are very poor,often failed acceptance. After the research and design of the article,the existing washing machine test system is paralleled with the company＇s seawater system and a special pressure pump is set up to achieve the test pressure and flow rate of the washing machine and try out all the washing machines. The test results are completely qualified and the test results are obviously easy to observe,which has been well received by the ship. The platform has so far tested more than 100 washing machines,saving a lot of manpower and resources for the company.
