摘要 船舶修理中腐蚀环境状况及各种不利腐蚀因素加重了船舶在修过程中的腐蚀,成为船舶性能下降的最重要因素之一。文章系统分析了船舶修理期间腐蚀原因,总结出修理期间舱内腐蚀环境恶化、原有保护设施和措施失效、拆修设备管路保护欠缺、修理工艺不符合规范要求、未有效防控水下船体杂散电流等原因,提出了从管理及技术入手,加强舱内腐蚀环境控制、预防水下船体杂散电流、减轻或避免涂镀层的损坏、消除结构防腐蚀隐患等腐蚀控制措施,以及对水下船体、船体结构、设备管道采取临时保护措施的方法。 Corrosion environment during ship repair and various adverse corrosion factors aggravate the corrosion of ships during the repair process and become one of the most important factors for the decline of ship performance. This paper systematically analyzes the causes of corrosion during ship repairing,summarizes the deterioration of corrosive environment in the cabin during repair,the failure of original protection facilities and measures,the lack of protection of plumbing equipment,the repair process does not meet the requirements of norms and does not effectively control underwater hull Stray current and other reasons,put forward to start from the management and technology to enhance the cabin corrosion environment control,prevention of underwater hull stray current,to reduce or avoid damage to the coating,to eliminate corrosion and other structural hazards and other corrosion control measures,as well as water Under the hull,the hull structure,equipment and pipeline temporary protection measures.
