摘要
阐述了高抗紫外线玻璃钢保护涂料用丙烯酸的合成机理及合成工艺,并用于制备涂料,进行了性能检测。探索了丙烯酸树脂的玻璃化温度、分子量、n(—NCO)/n(—OH)比值、颜基比、紫外线吸收剂等因素对涂膜性能的影响。
The synthesis mechanism and process of acrylic resin for high UV-resistant FRP protective coatings are expounded, and the resin is then used for coatings and the performance of the coatings is tested. The effects of acrylic resin's Tg, molecular weight, n(—NCO)/n(—OH) ratio, pigment-binder ratio, UV absorber and other factors on the properties of the film are investigated.
