摘要
主要介绍了一种耐沾污罩面涂料用纯丙乳液的制备方法,分析了影响其耐沾污性能的因素。主要研究了玻璃化转变温度、亲疏水性以及涂膜致密度对耐沾污性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着玻璃化转变温度(T_g)的升高,亲水性的增强,涂膜致密度的提高,耐沾污性能会呈现整齐变好的趋势。
This paper mainly introduces the method of preparing a pure acrylic stain mask emulsion, and analyzes the factors that influence its anti-contamination performance. The influence of glass temperature, hydrophobicity and film compactness on stain resistance was studied. The experimental results show that, with the increase of glass temperature(Tg), the hydrophilic enhancement, the enhancement of the film and the density of the film and the anti-contamination performance will show a neat trend.
