摘要 在目前相关船厂的管理经验及数据基础上,针对传统的船舶涂装管理模式,结合互联网及大数据应用,转变传统的管理理念与思维;充分利用科学技术发展与互联网及大数据在船舶涂装工程中的劳务管理、设备管理、资材管理以及工艺技术管理等几大方面进行推广应用研究;以及相应地对生产效率的提高、节约管理成本等方面的影响进行分析。在目前提升管理水平的基础上,展望未来更大的管理空间与发展趋势。对新时期的互联网技术发展与传统涂装的管理相结合提出新的管理理念。 This paper mainly aims to, on the basis of the management experience and data of today's relevant shipyards and in light of the traditional mode of ship painting management, combine Internet and big data applications and change the traditional management idea and thought; make full use of science and technology development and research on promotion and application of the Internet and big data for labor management, equipment management, material management and process and technology management in ship painting projects and analyze the influence on improvement of production efficiency and saving of management cost. On the basis of improving the current management level, the greater future management space and development trends are envisioned. The new concept of management is put forward by combining the development of Internet technology and traditional painting management in the new period.
