“再生”与“复古”之间:日本2017年版《学习指导要领》述评 被引量:6

摘要 2017年3月,日本文部科学省公布了新一轮《学习指导要领》。从历次全面修订的脉络来看,是为纠正"宽松教育"的弊端并进一步贯彻培养"生存能力"的理念;从"教育再生"改革的大背景来说,重视英语学习、道德教育的学科化、强化主权者意识和国土意识是此次修订的要点。此次修订,既有经济战略的考量,又体现了保守主义的政治倾向。近年来,日本政府的一系列教育改革虽然打着教育"再生"的旗号,但应当注意到"复古"国家主义教育的倾向。 On March,2017,the Ministry of Education of Japan published the latest Curriculum Guidelines.The aims of revising the Guidelines referring to historical periods of revising its framework are modifying the drawbacks of "Pressure-free education" and carrying out developing the concept of "IKRU C HIKARA(Zest for Living)" deeply.Also,the key points of this year’s revision are focusing on the learning of English,Special Subject of Moral Education,strengthening the con s ciousness of Sovereign and National Lands,which are under the background of the reformation of Education Rebuilding.Those points involve the economic strategies and show the political orientation of conservatism.In recent years,although Japanese Government’s educational reformation is nominal Education Rebuilding,people should take notice of the tendency of Nationalism Education restored.
