摘要
瑞典普惠性学前教育的产生与发展是瑞典工业化与城市化进程的必然结果,经历了由家庭私事转变为国家责任、由社会福利事业逐步转变为教育事业,逐步建立了全覆盖、普惠的学前教育公共服务。近年来瑞典政府以提升学前教育质量为主要目标,以课程建设作为质量提升的突破口,以幼儿教师队伍建设与财政投入作为资源保障,以学前教育质量监测与评价体系为督促,积累了丰硕的经验,为我国普惠性学前教育发展提供了启示。
The emergence and development of generally beneficial preschool education in Sweden is the inevitable result of industrialization and urbanization in Sweden.It's experienced a transformation from private family affairs to state responsibility and from social welfare to education,therefore,gradually established a full-coverage,universal preschool education public service.In recent years,the government has focused on improving the quality of pre-school education,taking course construction as a breakthrough in quality improvement,with the establishment of kindergarten teacher team and financial investment as resources guarantee,the quality monitoring and evaluation system as an external supervision,which can ccumulated rich experience has provided inspiration for the development of universal preschool education in China.
