摘要
围绕科室择期手术患者术前住院>2日问题开展品管圈活动。梳理原有作业流程,针对院前检查不完善、手术安排不及时进行原因解析,发现真因为:套餐模板不全,审核机制不完善,准入标准不统一,出入院无计划性,沟通途径单一。从完善院前检查套餐模板;落实审核制度,完善准入标准;虚拟排床,错峰收容;建立有效沟通途径4方面针对性改进,使择期手术患者术前住院>2日百分率从59.37%降低到27.45%,取得了较满意效果。
The quality control activity was carried out among otolaryngology patients undergoing elective surgery with preoperative hospital stay above two days. The original work flow was combed, and the reasons for the imperfect pre-hospital examinations and the untimely arrangement of surgery were analyzed. The real reasons included the incomplete of package templates, the imperfect of review mechanism, the disunion of including criteria, no plan for admission and admission, and the simple communication route. Improvement was made from four aspects, which included the improvement of pre-hospital inspection package template; implementation of the audit system and improvement of including criteria; virtual arrangement of beds, the peak load acceptance; establishment of effective communication channels. The percentage of preoperative hospital stay above two days among patients undergoing elective surgery decreased from 59.37% to 27.45% which achieved satisfactory results.
