应用六西格玛提高二级医院科研水平

Six-Sigma Strategy for Promotion of Scientific Research Level in A Secondary Hospital

目的探讨六西格玛在提高二级医院科研水平方面的作用。方法将某二级医院30个临床、医技科室随机分配至六西格玛组和常规组,分别采用六西格玛方法和常规管理方法管理科研工作,比较两组课题立项率、论文发表率等的差异。结果六西格玛组与常规组医务人员学历和职称结构均无统计学差异。六西格玛组课题立项率和论文发表率(4.60%、13.04%)显著高于常规组(1.82%、4.68%),P均<0.05,Sigma值也高于常规组。结论六西格玛管理可显著提高二级医院科研水平,这为二级医院科研管理工作开展提供了新策略。

ObjectiveTo explore the role of six-sigma in improving the scientific research level in secondary hospitals.Methods30 clinical medical departments in a secondary hospital were randomly assigned to the six-sigma group or the routine group, respectively, for management of scientific research work. The differences of the project approval rate, papers publication rate, etc., between the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was comparability between the six-sigma group and the routine group on medical personnel education and professional title structure. The project approval rate and the papers publication rate （4.60% and 13.04%） of the six-sigma group were significantly higher than that of the routine group （1.82%, 4.68%） with P〈 0.05, and the sigma value was higher than that of the routine group.Conclusion The six-sigma management can significantly improve the level of scientific research in secondary hospital, which provided a new strategy for the research management of secondary hospitals.
