摘要 超声波解堵技术基于机械振动、空化、热解、声波等物理作用于目的岩层,使其具有应用范围广,环保,海上操作简单方便特点,南海油田2017年引进了俄罗斯新型稀土合金磁材料装配的超声波解堵仪,结合南海HZ26-N油田17-SaSb井的油藏属性,对该井K08,L30两个堵塞的油层进行了解堵应用,实现了增液38.2%,增油8.7倍的良好效果,起到了解堵目的,该实践取得的作业经验对高效环保开发油田有指导价值。 Ultrasonic plugging removal technology is based on the principles of mechanical vibration, cavitation, pyrolysis and acoustic streaming. It has the characteristics of wide application, environmental protection and simple and convenient operation at sea. In 2017,HZ26-N oilfield in the South China Sea introduced a new ultrasonic plugging device of rare earth alloy magnetic material from Russia.According to the reservoir characteristics of the 17-SaSb well in the oilfield, the plugging removal operation was implemented on two oil layers of K08 and L30 in this well, and the good effect was achieved by increasing liquid 38.2% and increasing oil 8.7 times. The gained experience is of guiding significance for the efficient and environmentally friendly development of offshore oilfields.
