摘要
随着目前油田公司对钻井提速的需求,对各项分析化验资料需求量也急速上升,其中YQ-VI油气显示评价仪是热解分析的主要仪器,仪器标样标定的准确性是数据准确的基础,文章通过实验室比对和数据分析,对仪器标样标定不易通过的原因进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。通过实施,使YQ-VI油气显示评价仪的标样标定返工率从106.9%降至了49.2%。
Due to the demand for drilling speed increase, the demand for analytical data has also increased rapidly. YQ-VI oil and gas indicator is the main instrument for pyrolysis analysis, and its calibration accuracy is the basis of measurement data accuracy. Through laboratory comparison and data analysis, the reasons why the calibration of instrument samples is not easy to pass are analyzed, and solutions are put forward. After the implementation of the solutions, the rework rate of the sample calibration of the instrument decreased from 106.9% to 49.2%.
