摘要
介绍了一种用于处理汽车油罐车容量检定过程中产生的含油污水的工艺,在不使用化学药剂的条件下,采用"重力分离-气浮-粗粒化-过滤"的工艺流程来处理含油污水。具体流程如下:初步处理为集水池的一级沉降处理;深度处理分为二级除油处理和三级除油处理,二级处理是指采用重力分离法(隔油池)进行油水分离的处理阶段,三级处理是指采用气浮、聚结、过滤等方法或组合工艺进行油水分离的处理阶段。
A treatment process of oily sewage produced during the capacity verification of oil tank car was designed. Under the condition of not using chemical agents, the oily sewage is treated by the process of"gravity separation--air floatation--grain coursing--filtration". The specific process is as follows: The preliminary treatment is the first grade settlement treatment in the pool; Further treatment includes two grade deoiling and three grade deoiling. Two grade deoiling is the oil-water separation by means of gravity, and three grade deoiling is oil-water separation by means of air floatation, coalescence and filtration, or their combination.
