摘要
通过利用三维扫描仪对涡轮进行扫描,对比扫描点云生成的网格模型与设计模型,得出检测结果偏差数据。在涡轮上规划测量点,利用三坐标测量仪对涡轮测量点进行检测,得出三坐标检测偏差结果。再对两种检测结果数据进行分析,分别得出有关涡轮制造质量的结论。最后将两种检测方式结果互相印证,总结了两种检测方式的优缺点,得出两种方式各自的实用范围。
To use three dimensional scanner scans the turbine, the grid model generated by scanning point cloud is compared with the design model, and the deviation of test results are obtained. The measuring points are planned on the turbine, the turbine measurement points are detected by three coordinate measuring instrument, and the results of three coordinate detection deviation are obtained. Two kinds of test data are analyzed, and the conclusion about turbine manufacturing quality is obtained. Finally,the results of the two detection methods are verified each other, the advantages and disadvantages of the two detection methods are summarized, and the application range of the two detection methods is obtained.
