精准扶贫的交易成本透视

On the Transaction Costs from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

我国贫困治理的制度运行和模式操作中,交易成本高、扶贫效率低下已是不争的事实。本文从交易成本的视角分析当前精准扶贫面临的障碍,并揭示在以后的扶贫工作机制中,要从专业化、社会化、规范化、国际化和信息化等方面加以突破,以此来降低扶贫成本,优化配置扶贫资源,提高扶贫效率和效益。

Concerning the system operation and mode operation of poverty alleviation in China,it＇s an unquestioned fact that the transaction cost is high and the efficiency of poverty alleviation is low. The author analyzes the obstacles faced by targeted poverty alleviation from the perspective of transaction cost and makes suggestions for the future work mechanism of poverty alleviation that we should make breakthroughs in specialization,socialization,standardization,internationalization and informatization in order to reduce the cost for poverty alleviation,optimize the allocation of resources for poverty alleviation,improve the efficiency and effectiveness for poverty alleviation.
