摘要
当下高校基层党组织政治引领作用弱化,基层党组织需要强化"四个意识",即强化"核心"意识,确保领导核心地位;强化"主业"意识,提升党建水平;强化"创新"意识,开创党建新局面;强化"危机"意识,锻造过硬本领。
The weakening of the grassroots Party organizations and political leading role,the grassroots Party organizations need to strengthen the ＂Four Consciousness＂,that is to strengthen the ＂core＂ consciousness,to ensure leadership;strengthen the ＂main＂ consciousness,enhance the Party level;strengthen innovation consciousness,create a new situation of Party Building;strengthen the crisis consciousness,forging excellent skills.
